                            Appointment of directors
                                        
                                        
The  Board of Eco Animal Health Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment
of  Brett Clemo, aged 47, as an Executive Director and Julia Henderson, aged 48,
as  a  Non  Executive Director of the Company each with effect from  1  December
2009.
Mr  Clemo  joined  Eco  Animal  Health Limited in 2006  as  Director  of  Global
Operations  from Syngenta Chemicals BV where he became Operations  Director  and
had  previously  spent 19 years with Syngenta, AstraZeneca  and  ICI  in  senior
management roles.
Ms. Henderson has 20 years' experience of advising UK quoted growth companies
across a broad range of sectors. She left ANZ Merchant Bank in 1989 to become a
founder member of Beeson Gregory Limited (now Evolution Securities). In 2001 she
formed her own consultancy acting as a consultant and independent advisor to
private and quoted companies. Ms Henderson is a non-executive Chairman of GTL
Resources and a non-executive director of Alkane Energy plc.

He currently owns 4,340 ordinary shares in the Company and holds options over
the following number of ordinary shares ;
60,000 issued on 3 March 2008 at 108.5p
50,000 issued on 18 September 2008 at 85p
40,000 issued on 30 April 2009 at 147p
35,000 issued on 6 August 2009 at 135p
Ms  Julia  Henderson has been a director of the following companies  during  the
past five years:
TTG Europe Limited: This company was placed into administration by its board  on
10 May 2005 and was placed into compulsory liquidation on 24 October 2006.
