The company's shares are traded on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and on the Plus market. The company is therefore not required to report on compliance with the Combined Code. The directors support the Combined Code and are implementing many of the recommendations which are relevant to a business the size of Eco Animal Health Group plc. The Remuneration and Audit Committees consist of the whole Board of Directors.
